We were then contacted within a couple of days by Helen at Westway who guided us through the funeral arrangements. Helen was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable which put us at ease with funeral plans. We would also like to thank Alan who visited us at home and talked us through the arrangements for the funeral day which was greatly appreciated. Alan then led the funeral on the day. Alan was very supportive and professional throughout on which was an incredibly sad day for us as a family and we greatly appreciate this.
