Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I have had to use Graham Cleggs in less than a year. Both times they have been wonderful helping us to plan funerals that were beautiful and fitting. They took the time to listen to us, our wishes and helped us put them into place.

Our initial experience with the out of hours team was respectful and appreciated at such a difficult time. We were then contacted within a couple of days by Helen at Westway who guided us through the funeral arrangements. Helen was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable which put us at ease with funeral plans. We would also like to thank Alan who visited us at home and talked us through the arrangements for the funeral day which was greatly appreciated. Alan then led the funeral on the day. Alan was very supportive and professional throughout on which was an incredibly sad day for us as a family and we greatly appreciate this.

At the saddest and most devastating time for my family and myself, we were dealt with in the most amazing way. SarahThompson was nothing short of fabulous. Sarah was so kind and caring whilst being courteous and professional. She made an impossibly painful experience so much easier. An absolute star who is a credit to her profession. The service we received was outstanding, every little detail was thoughtful and considerate to our wishes. Nothing was too much trouble and I walked away proud of the day that was arranged for my father. A lot of comments were also made from those who attended how lovely and personal the service was. We couldn’t be more grateful to all the staff who made it happen.

Sarah was so calming and kind. She made it easy for us and she was also under pressure to get everything ready due to the Christmas holidays.
On the day of the funeral Alan was a star. Very attentive.

Alan Clegg helped us through a difficult time when Mum passed away. Alan created a beautiful order of service for mum and it seriously took my breath away. Mum was in a wicker casket, as per her wishes and Alan arranged for a beautiful flower arrangement that included pink lilies from her own garden.
I can’t thank Alan enough. I know Mum had the best goodbye.
